“Invites from Maine Mariners at Providence Bruins camp: Nick Master, Reid Stefanson, Keltie Jeri-Leon, Marc-Olivier Duquette, Nate Kallen and Mitch Fossier.”

10/4/2022 – The Boston Bruins announced several transactions as they get closer to their opening night roster configuration.

Three players have been placed on waivers in order to assign them to the Providence Bruins.  Forward Oskar Steen and defensemen Connor Carrick and Nick Wolff will have to clear league waivers unclaimed before they can suit up for the AHL team. It’s unlikely any of the three will be claimed although Steen may draw some interest.

Steen is on a two-year, one-way $800k contract through the 2023/24 season. Both Carrick and Wolff are on one-year, two-way deals with Woolf becoming an RFA and Carrick a UFA at the end of this season.

In addition, three other defensemen, Victor Berglund, Mike Callahan and Kai Wissmann, are exempt from waivers and have been directly assigned to Providence.
